Club Penguin Music Jam 2009
The Music Jam just started and wow there are a lot of places decorated with different stages and stuff. A lot is just like last year’s music jam but there are some new things.
There are also a lot of glitches and bugs. You can’t get any of the items right now like the new catalog stuff or the all-access pass for the Music Jam party. So no one can get inside the backstage area yet.
The free item is at the Cove. It’s a pair of green headphones. You can’t pick them up yet but that’s where they’ll be when CP fixes things.
I think the coffee shop is my favorite place for Music Jam. It’s decorated totally awesome!
Ruby and the Ruby Play Back on the Stage
The Club Penguin play Ruby and the Ruby just returned to the stage. It’s a really cool play. When you go inside the stage everything is in black and white. The play is a cool detective story where you have to help a woman named Ruby recover her lost ruby (get it?)
There are some good Club Penguin cheats in this play. The first is the special ruby pin hidden on the stage. To find the pin you need to click on a bunch of different things in a certain order:
- Filing cabinet
- lamp on desk
- garbage can
- book on desk
- flower vase
- painting on wall
- safe
The safe will open and you will get the special Club Penguin pin of a ruby. Pretty cool!
The next secret is in the Costume Trunk Catalog. There are a lot of cool costumes from this play and there is also a secret hidden item in there. It is the Dark Detective’s Coat. Go to the middle of the catalog where there are two guys. One is a bellhop and the other is a penguin in a blue suit. Click on the doorknob in the background and then you can buy the Dark Detective’s Coat for 650 coins.
Watermelon Pin in Lighthouse
OK I will keep this one short and sweet. There is a new pin out. It is the Watermelon pin and it is for summertime. You can find it in the lighthouse on the staircase. Go summer!
Club Penguin Adventure Party
Hey the new Club Penguin Adventure Party just started. This is a really good party. There are two free items, one for everyone and one just for members. There is also a scavenger hunt to find eight items hidden on the island. And there is a special room for members only. The party is just for this weekend so check it out.
The free item for everyone is the green safari hat and it is at the Plaza. Members can get into a special room called the Tree Fort and the entrance is in the forest. If you walk to the top left you can get a members only special item. It’s a tropical bird that you can wear on your shoulder.
Rockhopper is Here
Rockhopper has returned to Clubpenguin. His ship is docked at the Beach and it is loaded with all kinds of plants. They are everywhere!
The free item is a plant background and members can buy three different plants to put in their igloos.
I haven’t spotted Rockhopper yet but I’ll post when I find him.
Rockhopper Returns Soon
Check out the telescope on top of the beacon and you’ll see that Rockhopper is coming back and should be here soon. His ship is carrying something huge and I don’t know what it is but it’s gonna rock I’m sure.
Gold Viking Helmet Returns
My buddy SecretPenguin found the Gold Viking Helmet. It is back as part of the new play at the stage! The Gold viking helmet is very rare and has only appeared three times in CP history. Go check it out!
Club Penguin May Clothing Catalog
The May 2009 Club Penguin Catalog is now out. Check out SecretPenguin’s site for all the screenshots and cheats.
I like the new catalog. There’s a lot of good stuff in it and some fun cheats and hidden items. I’m glad I grabbed a lot of the clearance items from the April catalog today before they were all gone.
Awesome Club Penguin Coin Cheat – Bean Counters
OK everyone once in a while you see one of those club penguin cheats that is just awesome. This is one of those. It is a one million coins cheat just like the famous DJ3K coin cheat from last August.
This one works with the Bean Counters game in the coffee shop and here is what you need to do.
- Go to the coffee shop
- Click on the java beans to walk towards them.
- Right before you get there, click on the igloo button next to your chat bar
- If you timed it just right you will be standing in your igloo and the Want to play Bean Counter window will be there.
- Play the game. Play it for a while until you get a lot of points.
- Click on the X to quit.
- You’ll get the coins for playing. Click OK and you’ll still be on the game screen. Just keep repeating clicking the X and OK and you will get a lot of coins. You can get up to 1 million coins this way.

Rockhopper Visiting Disney World
Rockhopper will be appearing live at Walt Disney World from April 30 until May 13. Hopefully he’ll be easier to find there than he is on Club Penguin servers!
I wonder if someone will make a Rockhopper Tracker for Walt Disney World. That would be pretty cool!
